This small restaurant in Glenwood Village (or Buxton Centre, whatever you call it) looks like a pub from the street, with its big-screen plasma televisions and al fresco seating. Appearances can be deceiving, though, and just because the owner likes to watch rugby doesn't mean they don't serve hard-to-find Portuguese specialties like bacalhau and prawn rissoles. These, and the usual calamari, espetada, and chicken livers, make it a favourite with food-centric Durbanites. Safe parking is available in the centre.
